          Examples include performing steering angle sensor (SAS) resets, DPF regeneration, bleeding your brakes, resetting your EPB, and more.

          Step 1: Start the engine and let it idle for 2-3 minutes with A/C and defroster OFF.

          Step 2: Accelerate smoothly to the highway at 55 mph and maintain speed for 5-10 minutes. Use light throttle, avoid sudden acceleration or braking.

          Step 3: Take your foot off the gas pedal and let the vehicle coast down naturally to about 20 mph (don’t press the brakes).

          Step 4: Take the nearest exit and drive at 25-35 mph with 3-4 stop-and-go cycles for 5-10 minutes. Accelerate gently and maintain steady throttle.

          Step 5: Go back to the highway and drive at a steady 55-65 mph for about 5 minutes.

          Step 6: Park the vehicle and let it idle for 2 minutes.

                  Does this work outside of the USA?

                  The Innova 5610 will only work in the United States or Canada. Due to different OBD protocols and regional compliance standards in other countries, the tool may not be compatible with vehicles outside North America. We recommend using it only on vehicles sold and operated within the U.S. or Canada to ensure full functionality.

                  Will this work on my car?

                  The Innova 5610 is compatible with any OBDII compliant vehicle manufactured after 1996 or newer. However, available features may vary depending on your specific vehicle.

                  Do you support FCA vehicles?

                  As of July 2025, we do not. However, we have plans on providing free access to FCA diagnosticsvery soon...either late 2025 or early 2026.Once it’s available,updates will be provided for free. Please note that FCA access is only available with the latest versions of the Innova 5610 (which can be bought via the website/Amazon).

                  Does the Innova 5610 support bi-directional controls?

                  Yes. The Innova 5610 includes bi-directional functionality (a.k.a. active tests), allowing you to send commands to test components like fuel pumps, cooling fans, and more.
